I'm trying to spawn the station but it keeps getting stuck on loading 10%?

Sorry for my late response (ive been quite busy for the past weeks). I dont know what causes the problem but ive experienced it as well. I will have to try to ask staff for futhrt help i guess. In the meantime one way to get the dupe is to copy it from me (the entire exterior is one welded piece the interior however is loose due to technical reasons. But since its a cealed off building you can just run through the rooms shooting the ad like a maniac as theres no risk of the copy to get lost). Just pm me for a copy and ill add you to the friends list

Alright good news: as some of you have probably noticed already: my new prolimit has allowed me to upgrade the police and the firestation (ill work on the hopsital in the nearer future) Both upgraded versions however do require 90 props. However the old, smaller ones (using 40 props or less) are still avaible too.
Unfortunalty im quite busy at the moment, but ill have some freetime quite soon. Soo here are a few things ive been planing on to enhance my little project:

- I have been planing to upgrade the hospital to a 90 prop edit probably featuring enhanced waiting areas, putting the room behind the counter to use, refurbishing the outer areas and adding somehwat more detail to the large treatment room
- I have been planning to put the larger (90 prop dupes) in the public folder. Other dupes such as the 40 prop government buildings might follow (see the note below).
- Ill try to resolve an issue where my large police station only spawns in to 20 or 21% when spawned via the public folder (uncertain whats causing it but ill have a look)
- I might be opening another dupe distribution for comercial and civilian use (such as my roadside diner [yet to be enhanced], my new towyard, my foodtruck, and other constructions) - those however will probably be sold at a lower price or financed through donations as even I need money, and their use is comercial.
- I might shut this post down for a new slightly reoganised one
- I was planing on a larger Police Academy. that has yet to be build thowuh (will include: a killhouse, traffic exercises, PT and some boring briefing and school stuff ; )  

Important:
The Distribution of dupes smaller then 30props might still be restriced as it is right now. My dupes should be assosiated with in deph rp and public services and must not be abused by any means. I dont want my dupes to be assosiated with contra hideouts, fake police stations or other badly executed rp. Therefore i like to have a little control about their distribution (if you want a dupe, message me, state your intention, your ideas etc.)
Larger Dupes with 40 props might be added to the public folder without previous contact as the one Rep or 200h required ensure at least some knowledge and hopefullly good use.
Large Dupes with 90 props will (if the folder isues are reolved) put to the public server without any restrictions
Please remember that all of those dupes are ment to be for public use: Do not claim them as your own, do not take credit for them and dont exclude others from participating in the roleplay with those dupes
I hope i can get some cool screenshot of the new progress to keep you teased a little, and i hope i get the new dupes and the public folder done as soon as possible. Please bare in mind thouhg that im currently somehwat short on time.

heres a little sneak peak on what ive been working on today:

Just the raw construction took several hours so far, itll run on aprox 80 props+rp related items. Not sure wether this is gonna be part of the free distribution, but ill definatly rp the crap out of this. If ill get it done till my 600th LL hour i might throw a little party in there

i would like: Fire Station, Hospital.
Why? : would like to do some medic and firefighter RP, but the assets are kind of crappy. Really, an hospital with no operation rooms and an unfurnished fire station? Even I could do better probably...

Ill see what i can setup. I can probably just devide the 90 prop firestation into the two seperate parts since i iddnt realy like my first version that much

Alright as i encountered some realy unfrotunate situations i decided to limited the distribution of my stations and similar dupes slightly. This means (for now) that i will not put my dupes (specificly the larger ones - 50prop dupes are to be decided) in the public folder due to the following reasons:
- for some weird reason repeated attempts to place my dupes in the public folder via verious methods failed for larger (80-90 prop dupes). I  therefore prefer a face to face exchange of the dupes to provide a propper and complete distribution of the station
- certain people have by now conviced me that regardless of a "rep"-reputation people can still act like complete fools. I dont want my police station to be used by a cop that leaves people in the holding cell for half an hour or similar nor do i want firefighters to use my station as a harbor for their kamikaze runs.
Im sorry for this slight limitation but the interest has been moderate enough to deal with it in a face to face distribution and to put it simply some peoples roleplay might be allowed but is still disgusting. I dont seek to support those people.
On the other hand: everybody starts with a white vest so the fewest people will be impacted by this limitation.
Id like to kindly ask those that have already recieved a dupe to not distribute it further for now/send me a brief massage when doing so.

also : since i havent seen you after the last dupe attempt please let me know wether you got the last pieces

Yes, I do.

This Project with all of its contents will be integrated into the Murdock Co. Distribution. This allows me to distribute even more free buildings under one large head entity rather then creating a cluster of single post and threads. Any of the buildings that have been distributed through the CSA Governement Assets Project will continue to be publicly accasible in the Murdock Co. Distribution Project.
This will also include the DTM Police station that reportatly has been bugged and not fully accasible in the advanced duplicator so far.
As a part of the Murdock Co. Distribution Project i also created further versions of already existing contents to match the peoples propcount (eg. the Police station on Waterfront will now be offered in a 30 prop and a 40 prop version, while the Fire station will be offered in 30, 40 and 80/90 prop versions)
