/handsup isn't good enough for what people want to do, imagine the possibilities for people to have sniper teams, for people to hide while ./handsup isn't good enough for this scenario, I've killed people as they are in the crossfire even with hands up because people use them as meat shields, if we have this prone feature it'll stop innocent people getting killed and less admin cases and less salt in OOC in general.

Was a little sceptical about this at first, but then I got a lot of situations in my head where this could be extremely useful. So that makes it a +support.
