This guide serves as a reference for how all current and future Limelight branding should be handled, regardless of the medium. This is to ensure consistancy across all platforms and strengthen the brand as a whole.
The Limelight logotype is our most visible and important brand asset. Learn how to best represent the logotype and Limelight brand in any experience.
Stylized Logotype

They stylized logotype should only be used when the available width is at least 500px including a 50px clear space on all four sides. Otherwise a solid logotype should be used based on the appropriate background.
If the logotype is ever to be printed it should always be with a solid fill that obides by the coloring standards.
When the Limelight logo appears on a 3D model in-game it may be a shade of Pure White/Pure Black or a shade of Steel/Storm depending on texture and bump map. The logo may either be flush with its surroundings or slightly indented into the model, but not extruded.
The Limelight colors represent a professional atmosphere from staff and dedication to server development yet still inviting to players through splashes of light blue and white. It is imparitive that these colors are maintained throughout all digitally displayed content.
The logotype may only appear in Pure Black, Pure White, Steel White, and Storm depending on the content and colors behind it. No gradients, strokes, or drop shadows are permitted on the logo except for the ones seen on the stylized logo.
Color tints may be used in all branding materials except the logotype.
Sign Painter House Script is exclusively used for the Limelight logo. Roboto is our standard header typeface and Segoe UI our standard body typeface.

Please ensure that logotype usage follows the guidelines as stated above. The Limelight brand is important the key to maintain consistency to help build our brand. Below is an overview of some of the adjustments you should not do to the logotype.
Do not add gradients to the logo.
Do not color (other than approved colors) or rotate the logo.
Do not stretch or skew the logo.
Do not change opacity or add drop shadows/strokes to the logo.
Whilst some icons/logos can be dynamically generated as required, we've generated some pre-defined assets for your use.
