I bought donator yesterday or the day before and came on today and it was gone and I have no idea why. My STEAM ID is STEAM_0:0:131670676
Also, last night I bought a moneypack which I never received.
Please help!

I had that aswell, just Reconnect, worked for me anyways.
Also already told temar that there is a Bug
