In detail, explain your suggestion:
A tool which lets you play sounds
Why should this be implemented?
I think it would be fantastic to have this tool in-game as it allows you to play a big assortment of sounds. You can set up, for example, when someone types in a faulty keypad code an alarm sounds, or a toilet flush sound when you use a toilet. It has endless applications.
I suggest that it should either be hour limited, or require REPs, or a combination of both, to deter abuse.
