Items Lost Due To Server Crashing - James Helfire - Apr 22, 2016
This has now happened three times in the span of 3 sessions of me playing on V33x, but i only now have evidence for the third time (see below). Is there any way i can get compensation, or these items refunded, as if I knew the server was going down, I would have picked these items up that were in my house, as I needed the space for collecting wood. This time it was probably about 120-150k's worth of items, with it being a similar amount of items placed the previous time, like guns, ammo, attachments, etc.

I'd recommend contacting someone in the staff team via Forum PM or even in-game using "@". Provide the screenshot and logs could most likely be checked.
