RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - Soviethooves - Apr 21, 2016 Noice RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - Project - Apr 21, 2016 10-7 10-8 is also used a bit. RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - Cyron - Apr 21, 2016 Very useful topic! Well done RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - Taylor - Apr 21, 2016 You should add response codes to the OP c: RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - Brynn - Apr 21, 2016 Shit! Now I know these, I don't have an excuse to respond with "10-4" anymore! Nice work pal. RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - Toxic - Apr 21, 2016 Codes are different between departments, 11-99 is an urgent backup request for example. RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - Dan - Apr 22, 2016 Good work, 10-23 and 10-76 also are used by some. RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - MrMarsh - Apr 23, 2016 usefull to have a list around. thanks RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - Safira - Apr 23, 2016 Good job! RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - Stomm - Apr 23, 2016 Code 1: Non-Emergency, No lights or sirens. (Most calls can be handled Code 1) Code 2: Semi-Emergency, (sometimes) Lights, siren/horn for clearing intersections/other high traffic areas Code 3: SHIT HAS HIT THE FAN! LIGHTS AND SIRENS! GO GO GO! Code 4: No further backup needed. (Call this out as soon as a situation is under control, so you don't request backup for a suspcious vehicle and end with 7 Cop Cars and 4 SWAT Vans bearing down on you Code 3 for the guy who ran out of gas.) Also used an "I'm okay" or "All Clear" As for the 10 Codes, they vary widely from City to City and County to County- I propose we just make this list here the Official LL 10 codes to simplify things. (Sticky this?) RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - Judge Rage - Apr 23, 2016 ewww 10-codes british police radio is better OT Nice job! RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - Delex - Apr 30, 2016 Honestly. I prefer to have informative response instead of those codes. People are like I am 10-5 10-9 19-52 19-53 and still faill to tell what's going on ![]() On the fire deparment we use "Status codes". Like status 1 = enroute. Status 2 = arrived and status = 3 is return. We use Status 8 to request permission to talk. We just keep it short and informative, like: House fire, no causalties, Code 4. RE: Some Code you may found useful when you are roleplaying Police - Balls - Apr 30, 2016 I use this page when I roleplay as a police officer. Pretty easy to use as you can use ctrl+f https://www.radiolabs.com/police-codes.html |
