Consisting of men and women from a multitude of different training levels, the FUMUKU International Security Department prides itself on keeping every aspect of day to day operations within company property safe and incident free. Each Security officer is personally interviewed by the Department’s Head of Security, Ronald Lynch, and/or Security Director Jericho McAndrews. If the applicant is approved, their application will then be forwarded to the company’s CEO, Carthusia Malkrin, for final approval. If the applicant is approved by both parties, they are then assigned a trial status within the Department and must attend Level 1 training exercises, to be held by Department head Ronald Lynch and/or the assigned training instructor. These training exercises are explained in a section lower on the page.
The FUMUKU International Security Department consists of 4 classes of clearance and their respective minor sub classes. These Tiers are listed from highest to lowest:
Security Officer Class A:
Class A security officers are trained with Advanced Level 4 training; this allows them access to a Level 2 Sidearm, a Level 1 and 2 Less Than Lethal deterrent, body armor, and a standard issue Level 3 Firearm. In the event it is required, access to Level 4 firearms can be authorized.
Class A officers found under the influence of any and all illegal narcotics or alcohol will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.
Class A officers showing signs they cannot be trusted with their firearms in any case, or for any reason, will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be temporarily suspended until a re-evaluation can be conducted.
Class A officers showing mental instability and whom refuse treatment will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.
Class A officers showing continued disrespect to fellow employees from any Department and their subclasses, of any rank or position, will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be temporarily suspended until a re-evaluation can be conducted.
Class A officers showing any unauthorised hostility towards local government officials and/or law enforcement agents will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.
Sub-Classes:
Internal Affairs Officer: An internal affairs officer is responsible for the management of employee misconduct; this can include but is not limited to: Investigations into suspected leaks, misuse of company property, and Staff on Staff violence. They are equipped and trained to the same degree as any standard Class A officer.
Security Officer Class B:
Class B security officers are trained with Standard Level 3 training; this allows them access to a Level 2 Sidearm, a Level 1 and 2 Less Than Lethal deterrent and body armor and, in the event it is required, access to Level 3 firearms will be authorized.
Class B officers found under the influence of any and all illegal narcotics or alcohol will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.

Public Relations Overseer: A Public relations overseer is responsible for maintaining a friendly, well-maintained image for FUMUKU International and all of its subsidiaries. This can include but is not limited to: Hosting open events to inform the public about the company, maintaining advertisement campaigns, and creating visual media to promote the company.
Security Officer Class C:
Class C security officers are trained with Standard Level 2 training; this allows them access to a Level 1 Sidearm, a Level 1 and 2 Less Than Lethal deterrent, and in the most extreme of cases, access to Level 2 firearms and body armor.
Class C security officers make up the bulk of theFUMUKU International Security Department.
Class C officers found under the influence of any and all illegal narcotics or alcohol will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.

Security Officer Class D:
Class D Security Officers are trained in Standard Level 1 Training and are held accountable for any and all actions they take, whether it be on site or off site - more so than any other class within the tier structure - as this is essentially their trial period. Their training allows them access to a Level 1 Sidearm, a Level 1 Less Than Lethal deterrent and in the most extreme cases, body armour.
= Class D officers are not authorised to carry anything stronger than Level 1 equipment while at any job site.
= Class D officers found under the influence of any and all illegal narcotics or alcohol will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.
= Class D officers showing signs that they cannot be trusted with their firearms in any case, or for any reason, will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.
= Class D officers showing mental instability and whom refuse treatment will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.
= Class D officers showing continued disrespect towards fellow employees from any Department and their sub classes, of any rank or position, will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.
= Class D officers showing any unauthorised hostility towards local government officials and/or law enforcement agents will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.
Sub-Classes:
Trainee: Currently receiving Level 1 training and has not yet shown they can be trusted on any job site with anything more lethal than a foam covered stress bat.
Standard Company Security Operations:
S.C.S Operations consist entirely of company related security duties; these include but are not limited to:
= Confirming the I.D of those wishing to enter company property. If a person or persons are found without proper Identification they will be escorted off of company property. If they become hostile they will be detained until police can arrive to take control of the situation.
= Dispatching troublemakers in a less than lethal way and restraining them until police arrive if needed.
= If the perpetrator becomes violent, security officers are are not afraid to use force; lethal in the most extreme of cases.
= Protecting company property from vandalism by local troublemakers; this includes but is not limited to: Graffiti, denting, bodily fluids, scratching, kicking.
= Protecting company staff from harm in any shape or form and are charged with preventing the following acts, these include but are not limited to: Assault, kidnapping, incineration, poisoning, vaporization, melting, illegal detainment, assassination, drowning, crushing, alien abduction, bone theft, tea drugging, normal drugging, rape, etc.
= Protecting restricted areas of company property from industrial espionage and sabotage. If a person or persons are found in a restricted area, they will be escorted off of company property; if the person or persons refuse to comply they will be forcefully detained in a secure holding cell until police arrive to process them for trespassing.
Non Standard Security Operations
= N.S.S operations consist of sub-contracted security duties for persons interested in hiring qualified security personnel for protection services. Their duties consist of, but are not limited to:
= Acting as personal bodyguards to clients who qualify for the service.
:NOTE: Security officers have strict orders to not fire on government officials, and will not protect a client from a valid arrest warrant that has been issued. In the event of a valid warrant being discovered on the client, the security contract will be Null and Void.
= Protecting private property for clients who qualify for the service.
:NOTE: Security officers have strict orders to not fire on government officials, and will not impede their search of the property if they have a valid warrant. In the event a police search warrant turns up illegal materials within a property they have been hired to protect, the security contract will be Null and Void.
= Logistical/Tactical Support for Local Government, this includes but is not limited to: Target location, informants, surveillance, and Level 3 Security response units.
:NOTE: Logistical/Tactical support for the local government does not apply to every type of government; governments known for Human Rights violations will not be accepted for this service.

The Manufacturing Department consists of some of the best and most experienced engineers, electricians, builders and technicians in the world. All of its workers are responsible for the design, construction, development and mass production of a wide variety of designs and plans while maintaining a safe and legal work environment. While this Department only accepts and trains some of the most skilled personnel in the industry, applicants with potential may attend a variety of basic to advanced training courses and receive additional qualifications through FUMUKUInternational. If the applicant is approved, they are assigned a trial status within the Department and must attend Level 1 training exercises, which are to be held by the Department head and/or the assigned training instructor; these training exercises are explained in a section lower on the page.
The FUMUKU International Manufacturing Department consists of 4 classes and 3 Sub-Departments within each class. Upon passing training, applicants are promoted to a Class D trainee, where they are trained into a Class D Sub-Department of their choice. The three Sub Departments are: Engineer, Technician, and Builder. Upon promotion, their security clearance will be increased and a career training program must be completed.
Manufacturing Engineer:
The most expensive area of the Manufacturing Department, Engineers are responsible for a variety of metal and electrical works. Engineers have been trained in the handling and installation of expensive and dangerous materials seen in many security systems around FUMUKU International factories, offices and farms.
Manufacturing Builder:
The builders are responsible for the building and design of most of the corporation’s buildings and defenses seen today. Builders are trained in the use of a wide variety of power tools, and exercise rigorous safety and conduct rules.
Manufacturing Technician:
Technicians are highly trained in the installation and maintenance of dangerous and expensive Security equipment, including: Cameras, Turrets, Doors and Less-Than-Lethal deterrents. Technicians are also able to attend a Protocol and Procedure course upon entry.

Class A trainees are workers ready to be trained in a Level 4 training course for their specific SubDepartments. When on leave from training, Class A trainees may continue working on any outstanding projects in their dedicated Department within a Class B, C or D work-zone only.

Manufacturing Engineer Class A: Due to the extensive amount of training needed to achieve a Class A Clearance, Class A Engineers are an Elite and small group that have mastered most aspects of Engineering, and can be seen leading a large group on a large scale project. Class A Engineers have full access to Class A, B, C and D Sectors.
Manufacturing Builder Class A: Class A Builders are also a small group of master builders who design and implement some of FUMUKU International’s biggest and most advanced construction projects. Class A Builders have full access to Class A, B, C and D Building Sectors.
Manufacturing Technician Class A: Class A Technicians maintain and superve network and security systems within high security workplaces. Class A Technicians also have the required training to handle small scale explosive devices, to use with more advanced Security equipment. Class A Technicians have full access to Class A, B, C and D Sectors, and they may also have access to A+ Sectors if authorized.
Manufacturing Worker Class B:
Class B trainees are workers ready to be trained in a Level 3 training course of their specific Sub-Departments. While awaiting training, Class B trainees may continue with any outstanding projects in their dedicated Department within a Class D and or C work-zone only.

Sub-Classes:
Manufacturing Engineer Class B: Class B Engineers now have a bigger and more important role to accommodate, and may be assigned to a project with a team of up to 5 peers; they have full access to heavy and dangerous equipment. Class B Engineers have full access to Class B, C and D Sectors.
Manufacturing Builder Class B: Class B Builders are highly experienced workers who may move into a Supervisory role if they so wish. Class B Builders may be assigned to a project with a team of up to 5 peers, and have full access to heavy and dangerous equipment. Class B Builders have full access to Class B, C and D Sectors.
Manufacturing Technician Class B: Class B Technicians may lead small Security stations and outposts. Class B technicians have the necessary skills to implement FUMUKU International’s top tier electronic systems and networks, and have full access to Class B, C and D Sectors, and may also have access to Class A sectors if authorized.
Manufacturing Supervisor: Manufacturing Supervisors are there to maintain a steady workflow and to ensure the emplaced safety precautions are being followed. Supervisors can also work on a project equivalent to their previous role in one of the subDepartments. Supervisors have full access to Class B, C and D sectors, and may also have access to Class A sectors if authorized.
Manufacturing Worker Class C:
Class C trainees are workers ready to be trained into a Level 2 training course for their specific SubDepartments. When on leave from training, Class C trainees may continue with any outstanding projects in their dedicated Department within a Class D work-zone only.

Sub-Classes:
Manufacturing Engineer Class C: Class C Engineers are now responsible for bigger and more dangerous repairs of corroded metal and materials, along with repairs and maintenance on advanced structures. Class C Engineers may also be assigned to a new build project if required. Class C Engineers have full access to Class C and D Sectors.
Manufacturing Builder Class C: Class C Builders are responsible for the intermediate repairs and maintenance of buildings and structures, and may also be assigned to a solo or team build project within a time-limit. Class C Builders have full access to Class D and C Sectors.
Manufacturing Technician Class C: Class C Technicians are responsible for maintaining more advanced networks and Security feeds, while engaging in the maintenance of more expensive and dangerous electrical equipment. Class C Technicians have full access to Class D and C sectors and may also have access to Class B Sectors upon authorization.
Manufacturing Worker Class D:
Class D trainees are trained in Level 1 training courses and have basic responsibilities within the workplace. Class D trainees are only authorized to Class D sectors and may only use equipment and materials assigned to them. From this point, Class D Trainees will be trained into a SubDepartment by the Department Head or by a designated training instructor.

Manufacturing Engineer Class D: Class D Engineers are responsible for a variety of small time metal and electrical works. Engineers are assigned to basic repairs of corroded metals and electrical circuits, along with the installation of new structural designs and maintenance. Class D Engineers only have access to Class D sectors and equipment.
Manufacturing Builder Class D: Class D Builders are responsible for small time repairs to decayed buildings and structures, along with designing small Security gates and Outposts. Class D Builders only have access to Class D sectors and equipment.
Manufacturing Technician Class D: Class D Technicians are responsible for maintaining secure networks and security feeds, along with implementing new basic circuits for replacement. Class D Technicians have access to Class D sectors and equipment, but may also have access to Class C sectors with authorization.
Standard Safety Precautions
Standard Safety Precautions are a set list of precautions that workers must emphasize while in the workplace. A copy of these precautions can be found in every sector.
1) All workers must remain inside their dedicated Class Sector; trespassing into a restricted sector without authorization will result your clearance being revoked and termination of your employment status.
2) Whilst in any work sector, all employees are required to wear their issued PPE. Any personnel seen without the required PPE will be removed from the sector immediately and their employment status may be terminated.
3) All workers are required to report any leakages, surface damage, vandalism, theft or dangerous conduct to their closest workplace supervisor.
4) On event of a dangerous leakage, fire or explosion, employees must report to their closest Supervisor and leave the premises via the nearest exit immediately.
5) It is important that workers only use equipment and materials provided to them by their group leader or supervisor. Any employees found to be using unauthorized machinery or equipment will be escorted out of the work-zone immediately and their employment status may be terminated.

The FUMUKU Research Sector; currently most funds have been directed towards Weapons Research, creating the next wave of firearms, defensive armors, and Less Than Lethal crowd control methods.
Current Budget: $0
The FUMUKU International Workers Union was established by C.E.O Carthusia Malkrin as a method to allow employees to state their concerns, request better wages, report unhealthy working conditions as well as give them the last resort ability of nonviolent protest. Each Department has a Union Boss, and the U.B's job is to take into account all of the Department’s current requests and hazards. If these grievances continue to grow until the workplace becomes dangerous, the U.B may issue a "Walkout" where all employees walk off the job site. This is the beginning of a strike.
Union Boss Procedure guidelines:
How To Start a Union Sanctioned Strike: Starting a strike is not as simple as just walking off the job and demanding higher wages or a better vending machine in the lobby. Each time a strike has been issued it must follow proper Strike protocols in what are called "Phases".
Descriptions Below:
Phase 1: The U.B has decided that the working conditions and/or pay are poor enough to warrant a "Walk Out"; the U.B Issues a statement to all of their Departmental Union Members, and all employees leave their stations.
Phase 2: The U.B, now that they have the support of the union members, issues their list of grievances and demands to the Head of the Department they are working for. If the Department Head will not listen, the U.B may issue the demands to the C.E.O: Carthusia Malkrin.
At this point three things may happen:
1. The C.E.O or Department Head agree to the demands and the changes are put into place, and employees return to work. "Strike Ends.”
2. The C.E.O or Department Head make a counteroffer to the original list of demands to match the Department’s capabilities. "Meeting is held between the U.B and the Department Head and or C.E.O.”
3. The C.E.O and Department Head flat-out refuse the demands, and demand all employees return to work and/or the U.B turns down the counter offer.
If point 3 occurs, Phase 3 starts. If points 1 and 2 occur and end in a mutual resolution, Phase 3 will not start.
Phase 3: The U.B now issues an official order of strike, all workers within the Department the U.B represents will no longer work until the strike has ended, during phase 3 many things may occur and many things can be done by strikers to help their cause.
Things the U.B can do to help the strike:
1. Create picket lines around their workplace and deny access to anyone trying to enter; this includes local police authority, the local population and any and all FUMUKU Employees who wish to enter.
2. Gather the support of the local population; this can include police officers, the homeless, other business owners.
3. Gather the support of other Union Bosses; if the striking U.B can convince other U.Bs to join their cause, the strike will then have a complete hold on all FUMUKU Operations besides Security.
4. As a last resort, the U.B may in fact start a small riot in front of the building they work at, and begin to destroy equipment and resources inside. This is a LAST resort, and must not be used for the hell of it, as FUMUKU Security will crack down hard on all union members participating in the strike.
Things the Corporation can do to stop the strike:
1. Form a Sit-Down with the Union Boss and their representatives, and talk things out peacefully to end the strike.
2. Issue a lockdown of all of the striking unions assets and areas, thus removing their security clearance disallowing them access to the building.
3. Cut all payments to the strikers; if they wish to strike, they will do it without support.
4. If in the event of a Union Riot, FUMUKU Security can be dispatched to forcefully terminate a striking union, thus ending the strike. This is a LAST resort option and can only be used in the event of a Union Riot.
5. Cut all supplies from reaching the strikers; this includes having businesses in the area deny them food or water, in an attempt to starve them into submission.
In the event that a strike forms without taking the proper protocols into effect, FUMUKU Security will have the right to forcefully terminate the strike by any means necessary.
All Departments are given access to a Union; all but the Security Department, the officers whom in their contracts had to waive their right to it for better pay and higher pensions.

The FUMUKU International Medical Department is filled to the brim with some of the worlds best surgeons, doctors, and Military Grade Field Medics. The F.M.D was the first section of FUMUKU to be split into a multi-job system, allowing for more promotions and more benefits to those who are promoted. Medical personnel have a job to the citizens of the city which any FUMUKU International operation is in: To provide top notch healthcare to its people, at a reasonable price. The majority of Medical Clinics funded by FUMUKU include at least one Pharmacy and one trained Doctor of Class C or higher. In other cases, personal rooms for patients to be examined in are provided; some of these clinics have been rumored to have been supplied with FUMUKU's latest combat stims for local law enforcement agencies, and “those who can afford it.”
While the Department only accepts and trains some of the most skilled personnel in the industry, applicants with high potential may attend a variety of basic to advanced training courses and receive additional qualifications through professional training courses within FUMUKU International. If the applicant is approved, they are assigned a trial status within the Department and must attend Level 1 training exercises which are to be held by the Department head and/or the assigned training instructor; these training exercises are explained in a section lower on the page.
The FUMUKU International Medical Department consists of 4 classes and 3 Sub-Departments within each class. Upon passing training, applicants are promoted to a Class D trainee, where they are trained into a Class D Sub-Department of their choice. The four Sub Departments are Doctor/Surgeon, Medic and Biomedical Engineer; upon promotion their security clearance will be increased and a career training program must be complete.
Doctor/Surgeon: FUMUKU employees who choose this field of work will be classed as a Doctor during Class D and Class C. Class B and Class A training offers the training required to work as a fully qualified Surgeon. Doctors make up the majority of FUMUKU Internationals Medical staff. Doctors are responsible for general diagnosis and treatment for non-surgical health issues and injuries. FUMUKU International doctors are trained in many medical fields such as trauma and orthopedics, psychiatry, pediatrics, obstetrics, general and emergency medicine and anesthetics. Surgeons are trained to perform more difficult surgical tasks. Their duties are to perform surgeries to correct deformities, repair injuries, prevent or treat diseases and restore patients functions.
Medic: Medics aid both FUMUKU International employees as well as the public. Most of the time FUMUKU International Medics are on duty as paramedics within communities acting on the behalf of the public. Medics also aid FUMUKU personnel during security operations as Field Medics. Medics are fully trained to treat and deal with most injuries and are equipped with some of FUMUKU's most advanced equipment.
Biomedical Engineer: Biomedical Engineers create and research advanced medical technology, treatments and pharmaceuticals. Examples of their work include developing drugs, computer programs and artificial body parts in order to treat injuries, diseases and disabilities. Our Biomedical Engineers are behind all of FUMUKU's world leading medical technologies and pharmaceuticals.

Medical Worker Class A:

Surgeon Class A: Class A Surgeons are trained to perform any surgical operations. They have undergone many years of training to reach this position and are the best of the best in what they do. Class A Surgeons tend to lead a small group of Class B Surgeons when undergoing operations. Class A Surgeons have full access to Class A, B, C and D Sectors, they may also have access to A+ Sectors if authorized.
Medic Class A: Class A Medics have Advanced Life Support training and are now capable to aiding critical patients. Class A Medics are issued ALS Ambulances which contain some of FUMUKU's most advanced medical equipment. Class A Medics have full access to Class A, B, C and D Sectors, they may also have access to A+ Sectors if authorized.
Biomedical Engineer Class A: Class A Biomedical Engineers are the masterminds behind FUMUKU's greatest medical technology achievements and the uncovering of many medical mysteries that has stumped the world of medical science for years. Only few are promoted to this position after showing exemplary skill and knowledge as a Biomedical Engineer. Class A Biomedical Engineers have full access to Class A, B, C and D Sectors, they may also have access to A+ Sectors if authorised.

Class B trainees are workers ready to be trained in a Level 3 training course of their specific Sub-Departments. While awaiting training, Class B trainees may continue with any outstanding projects in their dedicated Department within a Class D and or C work-zone only.

Class B Surgeons are permitted to perform basic surgery or assist Class A Surgeons in more difficult and complex operations. They have access to advanced equipment and technology. Class B Surgeons have full access to Class B, C and D Sectors and may also have access to Class A sectors if authorized.
Medic Class B: Class B Medics have Advanced Life Support training and are now capable to aiding critical patients. Sub-Classes:
Doctor Class C: Class C Doctors are less restricted than Class D Doctors. They are trained and authorized to perform more procedures and use more advanced pharmaceuticals such world-leading vaccines, antibiotics and anesthetics designed and made by FUMUKU International. Class D Doctors only have access to Class D sectors and equipment. Class C Doctors have full access to Class C and D Sectors.
Medic Class C: Class C Medics have extra training than Class D Medics. Although they have not yet received Advanced Life Support training they are authorized to use more of FUMUKU's advanced equipment and pharmaceuticals. Class C Medics have full access to Class C and D Sectors.
Biomedical Engineer Class C: Class C Biomedical Engineers gain more independence in their work. They no longer need supervision to use equipment that they are permitted to use. Class C Biomedical Engineers generally research medical cases and develop new medical technologies as small teams. Class C Biological Engineers have full access to Class C and D Sectors.
Medical Worker Class D:
Class D trainees are trained in Level 1 training courses and have basic responsibilities within the workplace. Class D trainees are only authorized to Class D sectors and may only use equipment and materials assigned to them.
Class D Trainees will be trained into a Sub-Department by the Department Head or an assigned training instructor.

Doctor Class D: Class D Doctors are responsible for treating patients that arrive and stay at FUMUKU hospitals and clinics. However some procedures and pharmaceuticals are restricted until further training. Class D Doctors only have access to Class D sectors and equipment.
Medic Class D: Class D Medics are responsible for attending medical emergencies within cities where FUMUKU International operates within. They have Basic Life Support training and are equipped to treat non-critical patients. Class D Medics are also trained to aid FUMUKU personnel in combat environments. Class D Medics only have access to Class D sectors and equipment.
Biomedical Engineer Class D: Class D Biomedical Engineers are required to put their years of training to use by assisting higher class Biomedical Engineers. Some equipment and procedures are restricted to Class D Biomedical Engineers unless under supervision by one of their superiors.

In the year of 1997 Z.Massani approached C.Malkrin of FUMUKU Int, with a business proposal.
The proposal was a financial loan of [REDACTED] amount. This was to fund the development of a legal corporation, named at the time, Massani and associates litigation, specialising in the laws of contract, tort and information disclosure. The proposal was accepted due to the stress Z.Massani put on representative litigation for the economically challenged and persons who could not afford exceptional solicitors nor the inevitable costs and security required for any contract. The company was extremely successful in it's endeavours due to several high cost cases it secured for international businesses, despite the losses suffered from representing the 'lower class' of client for which the company became famous. However Z.Massani was eventually voted off the board of directors of the company and despite his investiture in it and service, was removed from it's board of solicitors. In the twelve years that followed the company gradually lost many of the clients Z.Massani had accumulated and it's finance as well as it's reputation for defending all who asked in court. This did not escape the attention of C.Malkrin, or FUMUKU Int, who set in motion the painstaking process of acquiring the company, and locating Z.Massani. At current in 2013 the company once run by Z.Massani is now a sister Department to FUMUKU Int. Security services, but is now headed by J.Skylynx, appointed to the head of FUMUKU Int. Legal services by C.Malkrin. FUMUKU Int. Legal services, referred to as the department for brevity, is a sister Department with the Security Department. Working on both matters of public interest and FUMUKU policy, as well as representing the citizens of any nation who ask for legal aid. The department provides not only specialist legal aid to FUMUKU Int, but a strong source of finance and commercial security, as well as a positive community image.
The department provides a secondary function, being a sister Department with the Security services, all personnel working within the department are also security officers, and can be employed as such, it is a dual role. The Legal officers, accompany security agents on contract, to ensure that all terms of FUMUKU Int. are met and to protect it's reputation, staff and clients from any unlawful act, arising from any party. Due to this dual role the department, requires a higher standard from it's officers, demonstrating not only legal proficiency but also having met positive reviews on deployment and being at least grade C security officers. However the department also requires an enhanced security clearance, seen as an addition to the grade of officer, due to the nature of the legal work, members of the department are often exposed to, or in contact with classified documents, and as such require a different security rating.
Due to it's nature and the deployment of it's officers and or agents, the department uses a different rank structure. Unlike other FUMUKU Int. departments and Departments it does not utilise the glass D/T or D ranks in any form. Instead having four separate ranks, which are attached to the individuals security clearance. The rank structure for the department is listed below from highest to lowest.
[b]Judge Advocate Class A-OJA:[/b]
Class A-OJA Legal Arbitrator are trained with Advanced Level OJA training; this allows them access to a Level 2 Sidearm, a Level 1 and 2 Less than lethal deterrent, body armor as well as a standard issue Level 3 Firearm. In the event it is required, access to Level 4 firearms can be granted. The Judge Advocate is a singular individual heading FUMUKU Int, legal services. Due to his role he is responsible only in his legal capacity to the managers of FUMUKU Int, and has full security clearance for any matter that requires his consult. His main role is to oversee the training of legal officers, or appoint a training officer/program in his stead, as well as to collate personnel reports on all officers who are under review. He also sits in advisement on issues pertaining to internal matters of FUMUKU Int, and is often consulted on employee misconduct, pursuant to any breech of the contractual obligations of any personnel employed by FUMUKU Int. This role also includes supervising [REDACTED] operations and ensuring that all agents follow the law, and failing that is granted freedom of action to protect FUMUKU Int's image and reputation, including on site suspension of an employee and authorising [REDACTED] to stop any action which could be illegal and or damaging to FUMUKU Int.

In the event it is required, access to Level 4 firearms can be granted. Having a highly enhanced security clearance the Legal Arbitrators, act in a varied set of capacities, foremost their role is; to defend FUMUKU Int, should it be summoned to court, to advise management on the contractual obligations and statutes which will effect FUMUKU Int, and to advise on [REDACTED] operations, as well as ensure that the law is followed by all staff members. They also advise on any action by FUMUKU Int, unions and strikes. OLA3 ranks have autonomy of action in so far as they may authorise the use of less than lethal detention of FUMUKU personnel who are attempting a criminal act contrary to the beliefs and or standards of FUMUKU Int, and any act which may detriment the reputation of FUMUKU Int.

Class C-OL2 Legal Adjudicator are trained with Standard Level OL2 training; this allows them access to a Level 2 Sidearm, a Level 1 and 2 Less than lethal deterrent, body armor and in the event it is required, access to Level 3 firearms will be granted. Legal adjudicators are deployed alongside security officers, and are well versed in the terms of FUMUKU int's Contracting, able to provide legal advice, and guide security officers to ensure the terms of the contract are met and the law is followed to the letter. May not authorise actions against FUMUKU personnel, merely report them, they may however act to protect the company if instructed by at least 2 persons of ranks not less than OJA, OLA3 or A++.

Legal Trainee Class D-OL1:
Class D-OL1 Legal Trainees are trained with Standard Level OL1 training. This allows them access to a Level 1 Sidearm, a Level 1 and 2 Less than lethal deterrent, and in the most extreme of cases, access to Level 2 firearms and body armor. Class D-OL1 Legal Trainees make up the bulk of FUMUKU Int. Legal Services Department. Specialising in interviewing clients, and preparing case documents and the facts for assessment from a senior OL rated officer, they perform the ground work for the Legal department, often engaging in interviews, surveillance and client monitoring pending a security contract. They have limited enhanced security due to the rarity of them encountering classified documents. This rank confers no special privileges with regard to operations other than enhanced security disclosure and an enhanced allowance for office supplies.

Addendum: The security ranks shown above apply only in the function of the Legal department and confer no special privilege associated with rank for any person so employed by the Legal department whilst working under their secondary role of security officer. They are an attached rank to the normal rank of the person holding at least a Grade C in the Security Department. For example a Class A/OL1 may exist, in the legal department but Class C was chosen for illustrative purposes due to that being the minimum requirement for entry to the Legal Department.
Explanation of rank. OL1,2,3 is an acronym to indicate the individuals employment in FUMUKU Int legal services, and means Office of the Law, shortened to OL. OJA is an acronym to indicate the individuals senior position in FUMUKU Int, legal services, and means Office of the Judge Advocate, shortened to OJA.
