It still says at my place that you are running a newer version, thought I have updated, verified game data and restarted steam like 124818421 times.

Same problem now... I accidentally closed my gmod and now there is a new update
(Katyusha got the same problem)

They released a new Garry's Mod update. This update messed up and has a lot of exploits and other problems, so they undid it. However the server is still updated. So they have to be rolled back (I am not even sure if that is possible through steamcmd, But I am sure they have a backup.)
