Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. Random CDM - I was in grassy field just minding my own business building, the field was empty while i was building when this player unicorn slayer drove up and hit me, he just stood there and looked at me eventually he called a medic when one did not come he asked if he wanted for him to kill me over voice chat after saying that he just left.
Evidence: Put anything here that would support your claims like a video or pictures.
I only have a picture of him driving away.

Denied.
I understand the frustration of being CDMed, especially where it can't happen on accident but I'm afraid that the evidence doesn't show that the accused player ran you over. The evidence provided does also not provide any context to the situation. We have to be 100% sure that a player broke a rule in order to issue a punishment and I'm afraid that this evidence is not sufficient.
I've had a few cases back in the old days where people would fake evidence to get someone banned. I don't know if you jumped in-front of the vehicle in order to be ran over so you can post a BR.
