I have a screenshot but it only shows him disconnecting but doesn't show the handcuffing message, so it's pretty useless. If it's worth anything I was involved in that arrest and can confirm that he disconnected to avoid arrest.

The longs aren't showing me anything regarding this case. So I logs can't confirm if he did do it to avoid RP or not. As for fearRP, we don't have fearRP logs.
