[Bug] Ceramic Plating - PaulB - Feb 20, 2016

Description: When you take off ceramic plating kevlar, you still have the debuff of not being able to jump high.
Bug is [In-Game/On Forums/Other]: Ingame.
Since when have you experienced the bug? Since ceramic was a thing.
Additional Information To test this, first without ceramic jump over the bank desk, apply ceramic, do the same, then remove and try.
