[b]Why should you be unblacklisted?:[/b] Why do you think you deserve/should be unbanned? Basically, according to Brynn who blacklisted me, it was classed as RDM if I shoot someone who is unarmed, however, what it seems as nowdays, you are allowed to shoot someone as far as you have an RP reason, which I did, and as I remember I told Brynn about the reason during the situation but since the victim of my bullets was 'unarmed' it was classed as 'RANDOM Deathmatch'. I am requesting this blacklist to be removed from my record as it was indeed not 'RANDOM Deatchmatch' because I had a reason.

I have had periods over limelight when I didn't care about blacklists and bans etc but now I am really getting into limelight and it bothers me to have this on my record.

I'm not 100% as Brynn said it waa really long ago but what I remember is a guy breaks into my home with a lockpick and attempts to steal my contraband. If I wasn't a criminal I would have tied him up and gave him to the cops, but since I was a criminal, if I tied him up I wouldn't really be able to let him go, and selling him to the cops for a ransom would get me in more trouble so the only thing I could do was to kill him.

Because I think it is unfair to get a blacklist simply for killing someone unarmed when I clearly had a reason.

You're not certain yourself as to why you actually killed the person. If it was invalid as you claim it to be, you should have appealed the blacklist months ago.

Seen as you are not 100% what happened, and nor am I, as it was indeed 6+ months ago when this blacklist was placed, I cannot be sure of the reason I gave it you, and nor can you.
As Nacreas already stated you left it too long.
