Microphone Issues - Judge Rage - Feb 11, 2016
My microphone isn't working.
In-game, it reportedly only plays in-game sounds - and on TS, at first it was muffled, then wouldn't play anything, now my push to talk button or anything won't work.
There's nothing physically wrong with it, so does anyone have any ideas how I could fix it?

Ensure that you have your primary microphone to 'default'

Then restart your game.

My microphone is the default one, still not working.

Have you made sure your steam default microphone is the correct microphone?
Also, is your microphone muted?
Is it a USB headset? If so, re-download the drivers for it.
If the headset plugs into the audio jack, make sure it is plugged into the right jacks
If none of that works, try searching your headset and the issue on google.

TS push to talk sometimes doesn't work if you don't run it as administrator.

Okay so, I've noticed that the actual microphone (it's on my headphones) doesn't stay put anymore. Like for example, it won't go fully up and stay up, and if I put it down say level with my face, then it'll drop down all the way, whereas it used to stay and not move.

how about no
