If I remember correctly, it drops on manufacture rather than going into your inventory.

Sorry for the late response, Python.
As Evilmat said, the cinematic camera drops into the world as a cellphone prop if I remember correctly.
Looking through the logs I can't see that you picked it up, so I'll be refunding you with one cinematic camera.
