Citizen Update - Noble - Feb 6, 2016

After a few months of discussion and planning we've replaced the old citizen models with modern citizen models. The new models include 41 males and 6 females in addition with ~15 female skins and ~25 male skins. As hinted to a week ago, these will be able to be changed via the F1 menu in the future but for now you can use the /skin # command and change as you would a suit. We will be building off of this in the future and hope you guys enjoy the new diversity among the citizens!
Changelog:
+Added 47 new citizen playermodels
+Added /skin command for citizens (temporary)
+Model chooser has returned
-Removed old citizen models

Please use common sense with the /skin command in regards to the police/firefighter skins some models have. These will be limited in the future to not be shown but for now we're trusting players to not abuse it.

Very awesome. 47 models, that made my jaw drop. Great work on the Citizen and Anarchy stuff on the same day. I can't wait to get back on and try these options out.

Been waiting since i joined CityRP!
The old ones in my opinion were too shabby and made everyone without a suit look homeless glad to see this update!
