(I dont see your clan in the clan topics area, so i cannot confirm whether or not the clan is at least 2 weeks old)

2) You have more than 5 members and a publicly available Roster
(You seemingly do not meet this requirement)

3) Provide Evidence of clan activity
(You have provided no evidence to support clan activity)
