Anarchist update - Faustie - Feb 5, 2016

*As you sip your morning coffee, the latest issue of The Evocity Update falls through your letterbox.*

*You trudge towards it and pick it up sleepily, taking it back to the table.*

*You begin to read the front page.*

The latest content update from Limelight brings to you the high-quality Anarchist models in replacement of the Rebels, who've been our loyal insurgents since the beginning of gmod itself.

You'll be able to play as the Anarchists on the next restart, where they'll take the place of the previous Rebel team.

Special thanks to Half-Dead for the creation, and the Devs - Noble and Voluptious - for working on these!

It's time to retire the Rebels, and announce the Anarchists!

The rebel models and team name have been completely replaced. They are now the Anarchists and come with a set of new, high-quality models. For too long rebels were being improperly roleplayed, and we're hoping that the Anarchist update leads to some exciting new criminal roleplay.

With the Anarchist update, we want to soon add a few new items and perks for the class that we're discussing and developing. We didn't want to rush ahead with this as there are other areas that first need attention and development resources, and we also would like to see what you guys suggest would suit the new Anarchist role.

Live on next restart.

WOW hype

RE: Anarchist update - Safira - Feb 5, 2016

I expect lots of window smashing and public indecency, plus some grumpy old folks, because of 'those damn youths'.
Great update, definitely needed!

"Large warehouse in close proximity to city centre...[never used for any form of illegal activity].."

Ahh remember those contra dayz

RE: Anarchist update - Brax - Feb 5, 2016

With the Rebels retired, it's just Anarchists and Coreleones now. Who knows who will win the gang war, or if the Police will overcome...

RE: Anarchist update - Nev - Feb 5, 2016

It's nice to see an update but I would've preferred making it a class that would instead focus more on gang-gang conflict rather than gang-government conflict. It seems like this update, especially due to their name "Anarchists", is going to create a group that will constantly be stirring things up with law enforcement. It's also much harder for a person in that outfit to participate in PassiveRP by walking into a store or through the city they are already getting attention and may be seen suspicious or as a threat
