Why should you be unbanned?: I was a drug lord that wanted the city, I pm the pres many times for a meeting ect. so I advert ate the government come to the multistory car park- a person comes (forgot his name) so I message [L²:M] Soviethooves to ask is this allowed he said (Advised me) to go it passive meetings ect. but he did not say it was not allowed so im pm the pres again no answer so I move in I do not opened fire just hostage him as the guy that was randomly demote wanted to speak to him aswell I did not harm him I just wanted to speak with him as he was ignoring me the whole time [L²:M] Soviethooves was phasing in and out the time asking for my reason I told him over and over he did not say it was not allowed we finish with the pres tell him what I wanted to say as I was a drug lord - Black Hand I untie him set him free ect only until I get to the town hall dorrs [L²:M] Soviethooves said I was breaking the rules - not before I did it after I raided so that left me in a position I could not get out I have randomly raided but I feel it is unfair as enzyme was speaking to [L²:M] Soviethooves and apparently I was not to piss enzyme off when he was not in the game at the time so he couldn't of evaluated the situation properly, I followed the rules to my knowledge I asked moderator he did not say it wasn't allowed till after I raided so if I tried to do all I could to follow the rules I wasn't told at any point of rule breakage unit it was over so I tired my best throughout the whole sit of the raiding not to break rules such as rdm of the pres as we had no reason I wanted to speak it was the only way to get the message across to him, I was not given a fair chance in the admin sit as I explained everything I said to him and he did not say it wasn't allowed till the end of the raid. yes you can say you have 320+ hours you should know but in all fairness I followed the rules I would ask to see from my point of view here
Evidence: check the pm between me and [L²:M] Soviethooves I id not get a message saying it was breaking the rules until when in the sit [L²:M] Soviethooves says enzyme has just told me its random and to ban you for a day but he is going to extend it

How does being a drug-lord allow you to hostage the President?
He told you to have a passive meeting with the President because you didn't have a valid reason to take any aggressive moves against the President. You should know this already as you had 3 prior bans and 10 blacklists.
Soviet contacted me as he's a new moderator and he wanted to make sure that you were breaking the rules before he'd issue a punishment. I told Soviet that he was correct in his assessment of the situation. You had no valid reason to make such an aggressive move as to hostage the President himself.

Why I was asking for a reason was to clarify to Enzyme your intentions. The reason I pulled you out after the raid was due to the timing of Enzyme's answers to relay through our chat. At no point did I condone your actions. I did however advise you to instead of immediate aggressive RP (Hostaging Counts) you were to meet with him. Also from my perspective you also made the actions of recruiting a random player to help in said raid. You even made IC Advertisements of the upcoming raid. Again, although I did not stop you till the end of the raid, does not mean that what you did was not against the rules.

(Drug Lord) powerfull Lord - A drug lord, drug baron, kingpin, or narcotrafficker is a person who controls a sizable network of persons involved in the illegal drug trade. so quiet powerful - I wanted to start by speaking to the pres meeting as I was advised I was ignored time and time again I had someone who I could hire for free to help me. I was advised to go passvies he did not say It was against the rules. but I find it unfair that it was only after the meeting with the pres -- raid I was told even soviet was their the whole time if he felt like it was random why was it not stopped unitl It was over?
I wouldn't call it a raid it was more like a forced meeting on him he was not killed shot or brutally battered I only fired when I was fired on by a cop who came up the elevator , so self defense as he could not of know the pres was tied up he could of only found out via occ. but I asked soviet before is it allowed he id not say it wasn't so how can I be in trouble?
if soviet would have said no I wouldn't of raided but he dint say so when he found out why did the raid - meeting still go on why was it not stopped?

I get what your saying but a drug lord goes for the government first as I said to the pres don't get in the way of my business while I was speaking to him I was going to pay he government of so I could do my drugs

The other player was fairly clueless to your actions from his opinion. Due to his actions being accidental even confessing to possibly breaking a rule I let him off with a warning seeing as he was more of a pawn in the raid.

yes he was I could use him for what I want and if he died i wouldn't of cared I told him what he wanted to hear, he was hungry for blood so I said we would kill him but not yet so I could get his help and as you can see he dint give me a meeting so shit went down

You had no valid reason to hostage the President. Logs prove that
1. You were aggressive from the start and you made no attempt to contact the President passively.
2. You were simply looking for a reason to raid.
3. You've not learned anything from your previous punishments.
