Kridas Unblacklist Request - Kridas - Jan 1, 2016 Your Name: Kridas Issued by: [L²] Noble Blacklist ID: 63105 Server: v33x Why should you be unblacklisted?: I belive the blacklist is unfair against, as the hostage was repeatedly breaking fearRP and after like 6th time he broke fearRP I decided to kill him. I should have maybe give him more time, but this is purely his fault, because he was the one who decide to not follow fearRP and failing RP and spoiling the game. And in he end there is no rule, which forbids me to kill a hostage. I decided to execute him on place as I have right to do that and rope doesn't change anything. Evidence: None RE: Kridas Unblacklist Request - Nacreas - Jan 2, 2016 After discussing the case with Noble, we conclude that your reasoning to kill this person is invalid on the basis that you'd given him a maximum of fourteen seconds to comply; thee of which he was communicating to you via text-chat while hostage-tied. The initial kill was registered straight after Noble had confronted the player about FearRP, moments later they were shot dead. We understand that this player had been rather frustrating to deal with considering that they weren't adhering to FearRP, but once Noble confronted the player you'd killed them. Here are some logs of the situation: Code: v33x [19:46:40] [L²] Noble (STEAM_0:1:37407092) activated phase RE: Kridas Unblacklist Request - Kridas - Jan 2, 2016 Still I have full right to execute my hostage, as I have right to kill him for his actions. It was just my good will that I decided to take him into my home before I executed him. There is no rule which forbids me to do that. So I would appreciate unblacklist. His actions were as a result of non-compliance with our rules and therefore it became an administrative concern, not yours. Fruit was dealt with by Noble and then Fruit began to comply with your instructions/intentions. Straight after Noble had phased you killed Fruit almost instantly so no, it's not valid. RE: Kridas Unblacklist Request - Kridas - Jan 2, 2016 I do not mean him breaking FearRP. I mean him attacking me and my property. That's the reason why I tied him up to bring him to my house and execute him. Also I don't belive anyone was ever blacklisted for killing hostage. As I have reason to take him a hostage I also have reason to kill him. RE: Kridas Unblacklist Request - Nacreas - Jan 2, 2016 (Jan 2, 2016, 01:32 PM)Kridas Wrote: I do not mean him breaking FearRP. As I have reason to take him a hostage I also have reason to kill him. I'll speak to Noble further about this. As for killing a hostage, people can be blacklisted if the reason to kill is invalid. RE: Kridas Unblacklist Request - Kridas - Feb 17, 2016 Maybe this could finnaly be solved and removed from my BL record. RE: Kridas Unblacklist Request - Noble - Feb 17, 2016 I had just discussed FearRP to the hostage after which I phased and watched the events unfold. They typed a message and were still stationary when you decided to kill them for not complying. Before they sent the message they were walking in the direction you had instructed them and only stopped to type to you in chat. Three seconds after that message you decided they were taking too long and decided to kill them instead. Quote:And in he end there is no rule, which forbids me to kill a hostage. 8.5 Once you have taken a hostage, you must look after them until they have submitted to your demands. The hostage was complying with your orders and moving towards your house under gunpoint after I talked to them. After they stopped to type a message you decided to kill them for 'not complying'. Had there been another FearRP breakage, I would have intervened again. Because they were complying (as indicated by them beginning to move towards your house as instructed) and only stopped to type out a message to you to which you killed them 3 seconds afterward (they were still stationary) I see no reason as to why this blacklist is invalid.
