Tahoe SWAT Livery - Project - Dec 30, 2015
If you spawn a Tahoe, it automaticly gets the SWAT livery but if you exit the car for a bit it changes back to the police livery

We are aware of this bug, we're waiting on it to be fixed on Photon.
