Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.>: In-Game
In detail, explain your suggestion: When a convict(individual in a prison uniform) is hit with the primary function of an arrest stick, he is sent back to the jail cells.
Why should this be implemented? Inmates don't really want to go back to jail, even under gunpoint. This would make it so that they can be sent back automatically if they're still convicts.

Would help with the rare occurrence that the suspect is not immediately teleported to jail and the occasional minge attempting to escape.
