The Windows 10 backround recording does not record my mic... no version that does I DO have a higher quality video though.

Seen as the video doesn't give us any information regarding what you said, it doesn't show us that he did indeed break FearRP. Next time, if you type or have a bind saying "Stop right there, police!", the logs would clearly show it and also show it in your video.
