I have recently started playing fallout 4, and I am the player that loves to build. Sanctuary I must ask, if you can remove all the structures (buildings/houses) in that area, I have tried on some houses, they go away, but some you can't just delete, is this intentinal or must I kill all the enemies in that house or remove all objects in that house that contain items?

I think you need to delete everything inside the house and then delete the whole house.

I have cleared out every house in sanctuary but there is no hope for that, anyways I am going to set up some defences anyway.
