I keep getting stuck at the Guns pack when downloading it keeps going but it like doesn't go further

I have no idea what could be the cause, but you could always try subscribing to the weapon packs on steam workshop and let steam download them for you before you connect to the server.

If you're sure that you have all of the content already downloaded you could try disabling multiplayer downloads in the GMod options and connect.
Not sure how that will work out but give it a go.
