When i press F1 and my friend mostly is keeps closing and opening idk how this is happening but its anoying

They changed the F1 menu a while ago so it's kind of in its beta phase still, but they'll fix it soon, hopefully.
Fix the issue temporarily by binding 'togglef1' on to a key and use the new key until the issue is fixed.
You can do so by typing this in console:
bind <key> togglef1
example: bind X togglef1
