I render gmod vids in 60fps but there always 30. how do i make it as 60fps?

This is how I do it.

Project fps - aka the footage you recorded:

Go into render as and select Internet HD 1080p
https://gyazo.com/1791ab6637b94a0cacfbff831bc45b7f
click on customize template and then adjust the frames to the exact same as the project frames is. So in this case. It's 60,144 fps, because the project fps is 60,144.

Now click render and you're good to go.
Your videos will now be in 1080p60 on youtube. ;D

To be honest.. All the footage in this video is from the build server, but why wouldn't you just let us film without disturbing us on the RP server?
