I tried buying the police hat earlier, but when I pressed 'Confirm', it says 'You need 1 RPP to buy this item', even though I thought the RPP restrictions and the RPP System had been removed. Anyway, can you please fix this?

This is the same with the SWAT heavy armour suit. It gives an You need 20 RPP popup.

There's also a glitch with the police hat where if you hit a officer with no hat on and he is hit and injured by a car, when he is unconscious he then magically has a hat on!
