Handcuff/ Zip ties Suggested by: DanManC - Cunix - Aug 17, 2015 Author's notes: This suggestion was copied from the FL forums. All credits go to: DanManC Suggestion for in-game In detail, explain your suggestion: Police should only be able to hold two sets of cuffs at any given time, only being able to detain two suspects by themselves. SWAT units should be able to carry around five zip ties to detain up to five suspects. The only way the officers should be able to recover their cuffs/zip ties is if: ~They remove the cuffs from the suspect themselves. ~They arrest the suspect with the cuffs on. ~They resupply at their cruiser. Why should this be implemented? This will increase realism. You don't see a simple traffic Cop detaining a large amount of suspects with out any backup. It also seems a bit unrealistic to be able to handcuff an unlimited number of people. Re: Handcuff/ Zip ties Suggested by: DanManC - Bradley - Aug 17, 2015 Pretty unique, I do enjoy the creativity. I'm in the middle on this, yet it sounds like a good thing. Going to leave it at +Support for now. Just because SWAT spawns with an assault rifle doesn't mean that they have the capability to detain five suspects by themselves, after all, they work together. Also, I don't think a police officer of any type would use zipties.. I'm not an expert on that though.. **Queue Jarz and Venom.** Re: Handcuff/ Zip ties Suggested by: DanManC - Dan - Aug 17, 2015 (Aug 17, 2015, 06:25 AM)Falcon link Wrote:+Support, but I think SWAT and Police should have an equal amount of restraints. Patrol officer would carry 2 pairs of cuffs. Re: Handcuff/ Zip ties Suggested by: DanManC - kurrisen - Aug 17, 2015 +Support. Riot and SWAT officers use zip cuffs in situations. ![]() Re: Handcuff/ Zip ties Suggested by: DanManC - Doodleh - Aug 19, 2015 +Support RE: Handcuff/ Zip ties Suggested by: DanManC - RK-FIN - Mar 8, 2016 + Support RE: Handcuff/ Zip ties Suggested by: DanManC - Dick - Mar 28, 2016 (Aug 17, 2015, 02:17 AM)Bradley Wrote: Pretty unique, I do enjoy the creativity.
