In detail, explain your suggestion:
The stretcher at the back of the ambulance should be usable to lie down on and the seat next to the stretcher should also be usable for the paramedic to be able to sit next to the patient.
Why should this be implemented?
It will add more paramedic roleplay within the game and might increase more paramedic RP for people who are good at role playing.
