In detail, explain your suggestion:
A scriptfodder script that I've tested myself and deconstructed a little bit. Adds a spawnable (or buyable ofc) rack-thing that allow a user to place Text, Rectangle or Images in an editor accessed by pressing use. A sign is then hung from the rack under it, which can then be physgunned.

Why should this be implemented?
It could be an incredible resource for a player to be able to place multiple of these signs around in their shops, showing off images of for example of items/dupes they've made. It can also be used to make detailed billboards and signs, more than props or 3D2D text-screens can acheive.
I've included some screenshots below.
I think that roleplay, especially, hugely PassiveRP would benefit from this addition.

I like the idea. I'm wondering though if it would cause lag if used throughout the city en mass. Not to mention, I could see some people pasting images that are not kid friendly, we'd have to really watch out for that.
I'm neutral on the idea right now. Love to see it but am a bit concerned about the above.

On a serious note, this is a great addition to RP, and people could establish their own brand with a logo, etc. using this.
