Summary: Player went gundealer, gave himself weapons and proceeded to RDM me multiple times without provokation. After the police sergeant shot and killed him, he went president and propspammed the server with chainlink fences attempting to crash it (causing me extreme leg) and attempted to propkill me. He left soon afterwords.
