Evening all,
I'm happy to announce another update for you. You will now be able to perform CPR on injured people.
To do this, approach an injured person and press CTRL + E. CPR is a 30 second process, that you cannot exit (to prevent abuse in gunfights). CPR is not intended to be a free revival, and has quite low odds.

Breakdown
If anyone is in the Emergency Rescue Team/Chief role, CPR will not be able to revive at all, instead it will stabilise the patient for 40 seconds. You have a 60% chance of stabilising a patient successfully.
If there is no-one as ERT, CPR will have a 15% chance to successfully revive.
Regardless of there being any ERT, each CPR attempt will have a 35% chance of fracturing the patient's ribs - this causes a loss of 10HP.
