Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Allow Mechanics to apply MaterialURL to vehicles with a very high REP limit.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
Allows for mechanics with the correct REP limit to use the MaterialURL tool to let players add vehicle skins to their cars. For the REP lock, I believe it should be between 20-25 similar to the welding requirements.

URL Material is a powerful tool, allowing players to add their own livery to a vehicle would vastly expand RPs.
Getting a properly fitting skin for the vehicles won't be an easy task so I doubt this will be abused, aside from the concerns that apply to the tool in general.

I already used the tool to some extent in order to finally replace the sign liverys i made for my Forest service fleet (they took much percision and time in order to be fitted correctly etc.) for proper skins and i gotta say im loving the results. It does indeed take some time to make a proper livery, but its well worth the effort. Businesses could run proper company vehicles, clans could run clan cars and theres definatly some use for some gear heads.
