Suggestion:
New players (Or those with say under 2 hours) should be given a "starter kit", perhaps a vehicle (the trabant which is effectively worthless), 25k (10k is nothing now that the limits to mugging and fines have been increased) and some basic food.
I'm not saying give them the world but what new players are given hasnt changed with the rest of the server.
Why is not a terrible idea:
We should be removing as many barriers as possible for new players that join the server, I dont think its a good idea to throw them straight into the grind cycle to get a car, guns, etc.- they should be able to access the many roleplays that players make pretty much straight away. This will hopefully encourage them to stay and maybe inspire them in what direction they want to go.
