Description: Keyed IT Emmiter works the same as the standard IT Emmiter, works whenever and doesn't require a key press to produce the /it
Bug observed since: 0340 UTC 05/01/25

Steps to Reproduce: Place the Keyed IT Emmiter and leave/enter the AOE
