Explain your suggestion, in detail: Replace Photon with Photon 2, For anyone who doesn't know "photon" is the server addon that we use for all emergency vehicles (ELS sirens etc) Photon is old at this point and very unstable, Photon 2 is practically brand new and is so much more stable (from my testing)
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Massively improve server performance and modernize the server.

Its being looked into, our residential Photon Professors have stated that it does have a few features missing such as speedometer support and configuration however with the photon related issues we will probably still have to go through with the implementation.
