When you are arrested as a Paramedic, you don't get automatically demoted.

Go Paramedic
Get arrested
Get unarrested
Still be Paramedic

Howdy,
This is currently intended behaviour. Please post a suggestion if you'd like to make the Fire Department / Secretaries get demoted on arrest.
