Hello Sentinel,
The first attempted attack in the Nexus was perfectly fine. Crime of passion and all the reasons you had were valid but you were unsuccessful but managed to escape.
The second attempt was also fine as you got away safely after the first, and it was excellently done with sneak and surprise. However this is were the issue begins.
Although NLR lasts for 10 minutes which had passed by the time you attacked for the final time, your reason for doing it was left in your past life as you were successfully taken down. As seen here;

Hi again, Sentinel.
I have reviewed evidence with @"Stell90" and @Bambo regarding the situation and we have confirmed that your claims of having any contact with the President after being killed the first time did not happen at all.
We take lying in the ban appeals process very seriously therefore I have decided to add a further 3 days to your suspension for providing misleading information in the courthouse.
