This looks good and all but if you seriously think shite like this is going to revive LimeLight then your wrong looks good and all but there is much more bigger things needed than this, nobody will come back because the citizen clothing has changed however it does look nice, we need more suggestions that people will join because of not useless citizen packs that are once again 250+ MB

Character customization can provide a player with a feeling of a unique identity and greater invest them into said character. HOWEVER, this should be saved for last in the long line of stuff which LL needs at the moment.

Updates is what gets players to return,
Look at Rust, they keep getting updates all the time and people return to the game because of it.
