Accused party has had one week to reply to this thread and/or give his/her side of the situation. Player Report approved. Due to accused party's two blacklists and one permanent warning within 20 hours and all within this month - I will give the accused party a two hour blacklist for PTE-access under their violation of Rule 6.1.
