Flash Lights and Tactical Lights - Dick - May 5, 2020

Explain your suggestion, in detail:
(1) Add Flashlights as a weapon item ingame which allows you to use the flashlight.
(2) Adding Tactical Lights to your weapons will allow you to use your flashlight with the weapon out.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
Currently, the tac light doesn't have many uses apart from looking pretty. This allows for efficiency with lights and requires you to carry an item or a weapon with a tac light in your hands to see in the dark. CW 2.0 has hooks to find your current accessories (So I am told) so, it could be detected via this.

But, what about weapons that don't have tac lights currently?
I'd recommend a perk-style attachment is added to every weapon. This meaning that there will be a slot for the tac light so there is no worries of adding any additional visual accessories. This also makes you going into darker scenes give you a benefit or a negative depends on who is on the other end of the flashlight.

What needs to happen:
Flashlight for citizens with limited battery.
Heavy duty flashlight for cops with much longer battery life.
Flashlight attachment for cops.

Could make flashlights need to be in your hand to work but still with the limited battery

Kinda pointless having them as an attachment if they don't actually work properly.

We could add the flashlight attachment to other guns. It's pretty straightforward, it's just a model that floats in the air on the model (a la photon lighting). It's almost exactly the same as adding lighting to a car via photon except for just one thing it's pretty easy (but time consuming when repeated many times)

At a min it'd be nice if it got rid of flashlight battery requirement while equipped
