Rule 13.2 - Dick - May 5, 2020 Server [EU Live/EU Build/Event]: Forums Description: Rule 13.2 states: 13.2 - The sewers are considered a part of the city wrt rule 6.2 - you require staff permission to build there. It should however state: 13.2 - The sewers are considered a part of the city with rule 6.2 - you require staff permission to build there. Additionally - This is the same in the server.
