Suit Skin Blacklist as Citizen - Dick - May 5, 2020

Description:
When playing as Citizen, the suit skin is blacklisted (Assumed due to the old fireman citizen model).

Bug observed since:

isSkinBlacklisted doesn't seem to check the model in all instances, that very much needs fixing.

the skin is still a fireman model for me, but yeah I've tried patching this bug before and I found all instances I could but I still don't know why sometimes the player is set to the fireman skin.

I believe I have all the content yet it's still a fireman suit for me

I should have added the steps to reproduce. I think there is a bit of miscommunication. When you equip a suit and try to use skin 1 it doesn't allow you to set it - I assume that is due to it skin 1 being the skin for the LAFD which was blacklisted.

The skin blacklist seems to be against the job instead of the model you are using.

  1. Equip a suit
  2. Press F1
  3. Change skin to Skin 1.

You're good, I might actually be blind. I thought that was literally a suit skin for slot 1 of the citizen models
