Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Allow Secret Service to pick both utility items.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
The most important utility item is the first aid kit and is usually picked by all the Secret Service. With the addition of Weapon Attachments many months back, I think it would be great to allow Secret Service to pick both of them. This would obviously increase the price to include the First Aid Kit and Weapon Attachments - Increasing the final total.
The other government counterparts such as Police which has access to two utility and S.W.A.T having access to three utility items, I think the Secret Service should be able to keep the president stable when in the DBNO state or when he or other secret service are injured.
