Summary: Fearrp i tell him to get out of the car. he just drives backwards after i aim a gun at him. he told me that he couldent see the gun nor hear me. that does not make sense considering that he only backed off the second i pulled out my firearm.

First of all, I directed you to the available staff in the server but you have insisted to deal with this situation in a PR. It doesn't bother me much if you would like to escalate it to the PR court but it does bother me when I see that there were a lot of staff members online in the server as you can see here https://imgur.com/mnz00pb
Second of all, I didn't claim that "I haven't seen the weapon" But instead I simply said "I was not in the hearing range and couldn't hear you" as I was not aware of what you were saying at all. As soon as I have seen your gun out I immediately switched to reverse and went backwards with my car as I was escaping you regarding that you're are armed and dangerous for my life. You have decided afterwards to open fire for no reason at all as you can see in this video:
