Stage One
First, you will fill in the application. The application will then land on the desk of the appropriate people, they will then review the application. You will then receive an email/letter informing you if you have been accepted into the next stage.

Stage Two
If you have passed Stage One you will then enter into a Physical Exam, This will test your fitness. If you pass the Fitness you will then be entered into a Basic Law Enforcement Course, this will help you when talking too and working alongside Local Law Enforcement as well as teach you valuable skills that will be required throughout your career. You will then be taught basic firearm skills, You will use the following; A Glock 17, A AR-15, A Scar H and a Benelli M3. You will then be Taught basic procedure for certain situations you may encounter in your career.

Stage Three
After the previous two stages, you are now a qualified Stage 1 Special Agent. With this promotion you're now officially apart of the CIA, however, within the first two weeks, you are given 3 Points if your Supervisors see you commit an act that could endanger yourself, colleagues or the CIA you may be striked. Once you get 3 Strikes within the first fortnight your contract will be terminated immediately. After the first 2 weeks, you are able to start working your way up the ranks.
