Server [EU Live/EU Build/Event]: Live
Description: When a Car taps you lightly there is a chance either the driver or Passenger will instantly die, with no effect to the vehicle damage... Note: More commonly happens to the passenger of the Vehicle
Bug observed since: A Month or so
Steps to Reproduce: Whilst two cars move gently tap the back of the car your chasing and it may happen, doesn't happen often

Can confirm, this has happened 3 or 4 times to me now while being a passenger in a car. Car gets barely even touched and I just insta die.

Issue is also prominent while in the government limousine, not only is it annoying it adds a very high risk to driving and getting into pursuits as it can lead to your death. (Not noted above but if you start taking damage while this bug is happening your vehicle will also take damage and will probably end up wrecked)
