Summary: OOC Insults. FailRP twice.
Crater is a mechanic he was cop baiting. He was getting into chases. Went trapped in he would just drive off under whilst being under gun point.

Edit: Reason I shot was because he did this before and continued the pursuit. He also was a threat to peoples lives.
