Summary: emsens (STEAM_0:0:154472770) was demoted by the President for misconduct, just after being demoted. He takes out a shotgun and tries to take us hostage as a citizen.
[L²:RP] miss joley (STEAM_0:0:43537847) was a witness to this.

Also, Emsens kept eating shoes to do a sniper RP, when the police couldn't find a sniper I asked Emsens if they could report it since they are shooting at the Presidential Floor with no valid grounds (We weren't a dictatorship and our laws were fair).
Emsens said it was the Sons of Anarchy group, pointing the blame to them when I said I'd report whoever is shooting, then said it was their friend and then said the entire thing was a prank, the roleplay they were doing we're interupting other peoples RPs since lockdown was initiated multiple times.
I asked @Dutch if his group was involved with the sniper RP and he said no.

As soon as you got demoted you suddenly became Mafia? There's no Background RP, let's say I was a police officer, I got demoted for a valid reason, I changed my job to Mafia and then blasted the chief or took him hostage simply because I lost a job, one that you can join back later anyway.
Yes, you didn't take him hostage for long, but that's what you said, you held him at gunpoint, threatened to kill him and demanded that I open the gate for you, I bet if you managed to get past the security gate you would've either shot me or hostaged me being the acting president at the time.

I can confirm S.O.A was not involved in any of the so called Sniper RP.
At the time this happend we were doing casino clan RP.
So Emsens was lying.

@emsens: what was your roleplay reason for being in the secure area with a shotgun and attempting to take hostages? You are aware that violence is considered a last resort and you should exhaust all possible peaceful resolutions before resorting to violence, correct?
Given what I’ve seen in the video, this just seems reckless and improper. I’ll be checking the logs for further, but you have 24 hours to reply with something constructive.

I can confirm this i was the one doing the Casino RP for the clan and i had i think all members online at that moment in-time with us, i do recall though during the early stages of the casino/mid way through it being set up there being some random shot's fired towards the nexus because i remember hearing random bullets wizing past me a couple of which sounded really close to me and a couple of times I recall what sounded like those shot's impacting metal and glass, so idk if that helps at all or not

I'd like to ask where either of your involvements are with this case? At no point in time was Sons of Anarchy even remotely mentioned in this Player Report.

I just took a quick look in the logs.
Emsens' job title was Mafia. However, that doesn't explain much other than he wasn't a citizen at the time of this occurring.
If anything this shows evidence of FailRP, because...1: Peaceful avenues were not taken to resolve the situation. 2: A mafia member wouldn't take drastic action such as this as their first action to resolve a situation.
If Emsens had attempted peaceful routes of resolving the situation at hand, I would have found it acceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
